In this beautiful space, in this urban park, I invite the audience/viewer into an immersive encounter with nature which might initiate a kind of love affair between nature and mankind – and mutual healing between the two. I have explored this potential healing in the context of our current ecological crisis, seeking sustainability of the natural environment and humility in ancient traditions of coexistence and reciprocity between man and nature. [...] Using drawing as a starting point, I immerse myself entirely in the natural world, and from that place of deep engagement, I create immersive installations where the viewer can bathe in refracted light and nature, feel a rootedness to the earth and see as if for the first time.  Through playing with scale and points of view, I aim to capture a sense of depth perception in a small space.

The curatorial intention of the Altán Klamovka Gallery in 2022 is based on the current topics in art, such as: sustainability, tradition, contemporary drawing and intergenerational dialogues between Emerging, Mid-Career and Established Artists. Only four exhibitions will take place in Altán Klamovka with an emphasis on the documentation and a rich accompanying program. At the same time, the gallery will focus on the presentation of foreign authors and deepen cooperation with them. Specifically, work from Alice Klouzková (CZ), Marija Griniuk (LT), Alananh Robins (IE) and the international project 12th Virtual Biennale Prague: Tradition will be exhibited. In May, we will present ourselves at the international exhibition Supermarket Independent Art Fair in Stockholm.
